In this guide you will learn how to export orders from your e-shop. This feature can be useful if you want to use a list of orders and their properties, for example, to insert into an accounting program.
With Webnode, you can export an XML file, which you can freely edit on your computer in spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel. The exported file is in .XML format.
1. To export, click Orders in the Overview tab within the project administration.
2. Here, choose More and then Export orders.
3. Now, click the Export button.
By default, the order data file is saved on your computer. From here you can upload it to the accounting program or edit it as you wish.
TIP: If you need a data feed in another file type (such as .CSV), try opening the file in Microsoft Excel and then saving it as the desired file type.
