We are upgrading our technical infrastructure which will make your website faster, more stable and secure in the long-term. This will allow us to bring considerable improvements, and better support the modernization and rapid growth of our website builder service.
What are we upgrading?
We are moving our entire server infrastructure from a mostly local solution to a cloud-based solution. This impacts not only projects but also all of our internal databases and systems. We understand the importance of offering you a robust and reliable platform, and this upgrade is instrumental in achieving that goal.
What is the impact - update 02/2024
During this process you may experience temporary interruptions in the functionality of the website or related services. Longer loading times, difficulty using the editor, and occasional short outages (error message displayed) may occur. If this happens to you we recommend waiting a while, as these are momentary outages. From our side, we will monitor the situation and do our best to resolve it immediately.
Currently, we have completed the largest and most complex part of the upgrade. User projects have been transferred to a cloud solution and we are completing the transfer of some databases and applications which are connected to project administration. The migration work itself should be completed by the end of March, and we will continue to monitor and optimize the performance of the editor and page loading.

We are doing our best to speed up the process and our team of engineers and technicians is devoting all their efforts to identifying and fixing the underlying causes of these issues.
