I can't access the web editor on my project!

If you log into your Webnode project only to find the editor is constantly loading, it's most likely that there is invalid HTML code on one of your pages usually inserted using the "Embed" widget. If this happens on any page of your website other than your homepage, the easiest way to solve the problem is to delete the problem page and create a new one. You can delete any page (except your homepage) using the "Edit menu" window available on every page in the Web editor.

If this problem occurs on the homepage of your project the problem is a bit more difficult to resolve because the homepage cannot be deleted. In this happens to you, please contact our technical support team and describe your problem and they will help you to solve the problem.

Notice: Please note that we do not provide support for custom HTML code. We can only help you to get back access to the homepage of your project so you can use the Web editor again. This usually involves removing the invalid HTML code from the homepage in most cases.
