E-shop basics

  • 1.Can I create an e-shop for free?

    You can create a demo version of Webnode e-shop and test it for free as long as you want but a fully functional e-shop with access to customer data requires Premium Standard. If you need more advanced features such as variants, we recommend that you consider choosing Premium Pro.

  • 2.Can I add or switch off an e-shop module in my site?

    If you select a template designed specifically for e-commerce the e-shop mode active by default, you can simply remove it in the settings. On the other hand if you choose a regular template, you can activate it and then remove it.

  • 3.How many products can I insert in my e-shop?

    Although we created our e-commerce solution for small and middle-size merchants, there is no fixed limit to the number of items you can sell via Webnode. If you’re unsure whether Webnode is for you, simply get in touch with us. If you haven’t got an account yet click here

  • 4.Does Webnode e-shop come with an invoicing software?

    Yes, our system offers the option of creating invoices.

  • 5.What payment methods do you support?

    It depend on the market. In the United States, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, New Zealand, and the Philippines we support Stripe, PayPal, and Wire transfer.

  • 6.What transportation methods do you support?

    We support the most common delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, UPSPS, In-store pickup and others.

  • 7.Do you provide terms and conditions for my e-shop?

    While we provide a template for the privacy policy, terms and conditions are way more specifically related to your business and that’s why we leave it up to you to craft a terms and conditions page.

  • 8.Can I sell digital products?

    At present our e-commerce solution isn’t well-adjusted for selling digital goods but we’re working towards changing it.

  • 9.Can I test premium e-shop before purchasing it?

    Absolutely. Just set up you e-shop and get in touch with us so that we can activate your Premium plan.
